Burston and Son Chimney Services evolved from Chris Bateman Chimney Services in 2016. I was coming to the end of a 26 year career with the Royal Marines and started working with Chris in early 2015. I chose the Guild of Master Chimney Sweeps for more formal training as it seemed the most well regarded, and I wasn’t disappointed. I have since undertaken further CPD training with the Guild, and also completed the NVQ Course for chimney sweeping. As I look ahead, I aim to continue to keep abreast with new types of equipment and technology that improve our craft. I am comfortable that I can provide a top class service from small cottages to stately homes. The variation of my work never disappoints.
